- "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the Mall and receives the Services provided by the Mall under these Terms.
- "Member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Mall, who continuously receives information from the Mall and may continuously use the Services provided by the Mall.

- Before a user agrees to these Terms, the Mall must provide a separate linked screen or pop-up screen so that the user can understand important provisions such as withdrawal of offers, delivery responsibility and refund conditions, and must obtain the user's confirmation.
- The Mall may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, and the Framework Act on Consumers.
- When the Mall amends these Terms, it announces the effective date and the reasons for the amendment together with the current Terms on the initial screen of the Mall from 7 days before the effective date until the day before the effective date. However, if the Terms are changed to the disadvantage of users, the Mall gives notice with a prior grace period of at least 30 days.
- When the Mall amends these Terms, the amended Terms apply only to contracts concluded on or after the effective date, and the Terms before the amendment continue to apply to contracts already concluded before that date.
Article 4 (Interpretation of the Terms)
If a contract for an individual service concluded between the Mall and a user differs from these Terms, the contract for the individual service prevails.

- Providing information on goods or services and concluding purchase contracts
- Delivering goods or services for which purchase contracts have been concluded
- Other tasks determined by the Mall

- If the Mall changes the contents of services it has contracted with a user to provide, for reasons such as goods being sold out or changes in technical specifications, it immediately notifies the user of the reason at an address where notice can be given.
Article 6 (Suspension of Services)
- The Mall may temporarily suspend the Services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement or breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or interruption of communications.
- The Mall may restrict or suspend all or part of the Services when normal use of the Services is hindered due to a national emergency, power outage, failure of service facilities, a surge in usage or the like.
- The Mall compensates users or third parties for damages suffered due to the temporary suspension of the Services for the reasons in Paragraph 1. However, this does not apply if the Mall proves that it acted without intent or negligence.
Article 7 (Membership Registration)
- A user applies for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the Mall and expressing consent to these Terms.
- The Mall registers as members those users who have applied as in Paragraph 1, unless any of the following applies.

- The member fails to pay, by the due date, the price of goods purchased through the Mall or other debts owed in connection with use of the Mall
- The member threatens the order of electronic commerce, such as by interfering with others' use of the Mall or misappropriating their information
- The member uses the Mall to engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms or contrary to public order and morals
- If, after the Mall restricts or suspends the membership, the same act is repeated two or more times or the cause is not corrected within 30 days, the Mall may terminate the membership.
- When the Mall terminates a membership, it cancels the member registration. In this case, the Mall notifies the member and gives the member an opportunity to explain over a period of at least 30 days before cancelling the registration.

- A user who has received a receipt confirmation notice may request a change or cancellation of the purchase application immediately after receiving the notice if there is a discrepancy in the expressed intent, and the Mall must process the request without delay if it is made before delivery. However, if payment has already been made, the provisions of Article 15 on withdrawal of offers apply.
Article 13 (Supply of Goods)
- Unless otherwise agreed with the user regarding the time of supply, the Mall takes necessary measures such as made-to-order production and packaging so that the goods can be delivered within 7 days from the date of the user's order. However, if the Mall has already received all or part of the price, it takes such measures within 3 business days from the date of receipt.
- The Mall specifies the delivery method, the party bearing delivery costs for each method, and the delivery period for each method for goods purchased by the user. If the Mall exceeds the agreed supply period, it must compensate the user for resulting damages. However, this does not apply if the Mall proves that it acted without intent or negligence.
Article 14 (Refunds)
If goods applied for by a user cannot be delivered or provided because they are sold out or for similar reasons, the Mall notifies the user of the reason without delay and, if it has received payment in advance, refunds the payment or takes the measures necessary for a refund within 3 business days from the date of receipt.
Article 15 (Withdrawal of Offer)
- A user who has concluded a purchase contract with the Mall may withdraw the offer within 7 days from the date of receiving the written contract under Article 13, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (or, if the goods are supplied later than the written contract is received, from the date the goods are supplied or their supply begins).

- The value of the goods has decreased significantly with the passage of time to the extent that resale is difficult

- Separate written consent was obtained in advance for the transaction because the goods are individually produced to order and withdrawal is expected to cause serious, irreparable damage to the seller
- In the cases of Paragraph 2, items 2 to 4, the user may withdraw the offer if the Mall has not taken measures such as clearly stating, in a place where consumers can easily see it, that withdrawal is restricted, or providing trial products.
- Notwithstanding Paragraphs 1 and 2, if the goods differ from the displayed or advertised contents or are performed differently from the contract, the user may withdraw the offer within 3 months from the date of receiving the goods, or within 30 days from the date the user knew or could have known of that fact.
Article 16 (Effects of Withdrawal)
- When the Mall receives returned goods from a user, it refunds the price already paid within 3 business days. If the Mall delays the refund, it pays delay interest calculated by multiplying the delay period by the delay interest rate prescribed in the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
- When refunding the price, if the user paid by a payment method such as a credit card or electronic money, the Mall without delay requests the business operator that provided the payment method to stop or cancel the charge for the goods.
- In the case of withdrawal, the user bears the cost of returning the goods. The Mall does not claim a penalty or damages from the user on the grounds of withdrawal. However, if the withdrawal is made because the goods differ from the displayed or advertised contents or were performed differently from the contract, the Mall bears the cost of returning the goods.

- When collecting and using a user's personal information, the Mall informs the user of the purpose and obtains consent.
- The Mall may not use collected personal information for purposes other than the stated purpose. If a new purpose of use arises or the information is provided to a third party, the Mall informs the user of the purpose and obtains consent at the stage of use or provision. However, exceptions apply where relevant laws provide otherwise.
- The Mall does not set the consent box for collection and use of personal information as pre-selected. The Mall also specifies the services that are restricted if the user refuses consent to the collection, use or provision of personal information, and does not restrict or refuse services such as membership registration on the grounds that the user refuses consent to the collection, use or provision of non-required personal information.
- Users may at any time request access to and correction of errors in their personal information held by the Mall, and the Mall is obliged to take necessary measures without delay. If a user requests correction of an error, the Mall does not use the personal information until the error is corrected.
