How is printing done?

Double-sided full-color printing is available. Once you send us your desired draft, text, and photos, we will proceed with production after consultation with a designer and final design confirmation.

How long does production take?

It usually takes about 6-8 days after final design confirmation, but it may take longer during the peak season from May to August, so please order with plenty of time.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It is configured in units of 500 per box. Since the exact minimum order quantity and unit price vary depending on the quantity, please inquire separately.

Are there any precautions for printing?

Due to the nature of PP material, there may be a difference between the colors on your monitor and the actual printed colors. Since modifications are not possible after final design confirmation, please check carefully for typos.

Product Info	Actual product and print colors may vary from screen colors depending on your monitor settings and resolution. We recommend requesting a sample beforehand if color accuracy is critical. We will create a proof based on the files and designs you provide, and printing will proceed only after your approval. Please double-check for typos and text, as printing is based on the final approved proof. Please send the files required for printing to our email (cs@commerceone.io). For large files, you may use a large file transfer link. Printing costs may be free or incur additional charges depending on the product, so please inquire before purchasing. Some products that require extensive design work, such as fans or flyers, may incur additional design fees.
Shipping Info	While delivery times vary by product and quantity, we aim to ship within 3–7 days from the order date. Deliveries to remote or island areas may take an additional 1–2 days. Domestic shipping is free. However, additional charges may apply for orders below the minimum quantity, deliveries to remote/island areas, or shipping via courier, freight, air, or mail. Standard shipping is via parcel service, but freight or quick delivery services can be arranged upon request. The seller is responsible for any accidents that occur during shipping. We do not offer international shipping.
Payment Info	We support credit/debit cards, real-time bank transfers, wire transfers, and easy payment services. Electronic payments are processed through our contracted payment gateway (PG). Payment is required in advance, and all product prices exclude VAT. If the name on the wire transfer differs from the order name, please notify our customer service center. Failure to confirm payment may delay production. Please send us your business registration certificate and the contact person's email address if you require a tax invoice. For credit card and easy payment transactions, the credit card sales slip serves as proof of purchase; therefore, tax invoices will not be issued separately.
Returns/Exchanges	Returns due to a change of mind can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. If there is an issue with the product or printing, please notify us within 30 days of discovering the issue (within 3 months of receipt), and we will process your request after verification. Custom-printed or made-to-order products, as well as products delivered with promotional stickers attached, cannot be exchanged or returned due to a change of mind as they cannot be resold. Exchanges and returns are not possible if the product value has significantly decreased or the item has been damaged due to use or partial consumption. Typos or text errors in products printed according to the final proof approved by the customer are not eligible for exchange or return. The seller covers return shipping costs for defective products, while the buyer covers return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind. For products gift-wrapped upon request, costs may be charged if the packaging is damaged upon return.
