Shipping Info	While delivery times vary by product and quantity, we aim to ship within 3–7 days from the order date. Deliveries to remote or island areas may take an additional 1–2 days. Domestic shipping is free. However, additional charges may apply for orders below the minimum quantity, deliveries to remote/island areas, or shipping via courier, freight, air, or mail. Standard shipping is via parcel service, but freight or quick delivery services can be arranged upon request. The seller is responsible for any accidents that occur during shipping. We do not offer international shipping.

If there is an issue with the product or printing, please notify us within 30 days of discovering the issue (within 3 months of receipt), and we will process your request after verification. Custom-printed or made-to-order products, as well as products delivered with promotional stickers attached, cannot be exchanged or returned due to a change of mind as they cannot be resold. Exchanges and returns are not possible if the product value has significantly decreased or the item has been damaged due to use or partial consumption. Typos or text errors in products printed according to the final proof approved by the customer are not eligible for exchange or return. The seller covers return shipping costs for defective products, while the buyer covers return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind. For products gift-wrapped upon request, costs may be charged if the packaging is damaged upon return.
