For large files, you may use a large file transfer link. Printing costs may be free or incur additional charges depending on the product, so please inquire before purchasing. Some products that require extensive design work, such as fans or flyers, may incur additional design fees.
Shipping Info	While delivery times vary by product and quantity, we aim to ship within 3–7 days from the order date. Deliveries to remote or island areas may take an additional 1–2 days. Domestic shipping is free. However, additional charges may apply for orders below the minimum quantity, deliveries to remote/island areas, or shipping via courier, freight, air, or mail. Standard shipping is via parcel service, but freight or quick delivery services can be arranged upon request. The seller is responsible for any accidents that occur during shipping. We do not offer international shipping.
Payment Info	We support credit/debit cards, real-time bank transfers, wire transfers, and easy payment services. Electronic payments are processed through our contracted payment gateway (PG). Failure to confirm payment may delay production. Please send us your business registration certificate and the contact person's email address if you require a tax invoice. For credit card and easy payment transactions, the credit card sales slip serves as proof of purchase; therefore, tax invoices will not be issued separately.

The seller covers return shipping costs for defective products, while the buyer covers return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind.
